Your personal quote will vary depending on pet species and complexity, as well as whether or not you would like to see drafts and updates.

These are my regular, long-running commissions which can accommodate a variety of poses and compositions to suit every pet. Backgrounds can be any colour or gradient of your choice, though I will always tend to choose darker backgrounds to add depth (and a bit of lighting drama!).
I offer full drafts and updates as standard with these commissions. HOWEVER, if you are happy going without any drafts or updates and only minor adjustments of the final piece (colour tweaks, small detail addition/revisions), I also offer a large discount on these commissions in an effort to offer some price flexibility.
For example:
One standard cat/dog portrait with drafts/updates = $600 USD
One standard cat/dog portrait without drafts/updates = $450 USD

For commissions without drafts/updates, you can either suggest a specific photo for me to paint directly (with a background colour of your choice), or give me a selection of photos and a let me see what I can do!

AT LEAST FOUR (4) reference photos are required for a standard portrait. Please ensure they show any relevant markings and anything else about your pet you would like me to try and capture.
While high quality reference photos are always great for me to have, I tend to worry more about seeing and capturing personality. Your photos do not need to be professionally posed and lit!
You are of course always welcome to send through more than four photos! Uploading a folder of photos to Google Drive or a site like Dropbox is ideal, but not a necessity.

These are painted on a 16x20 inch digital canvas (300dpi) (printing size guide).
Printing at larger sizes or on things other than canvas/paper may be possible, but be aware that enlarging the image too much may lead to pixelation.
If you have any issues when you print a commission, please do get in touch! -
As stated in my Terms of Service, I do not offer refunds once I have begun working on a piece.
I will do everything I can to ensure the final piece is one you’ll love, but if you apply for a commission type with no drafts or updates and then request a refund upon seeing the final portrait, I will not refund your payment.

While these commissions are for a single pet per portrait, I offer a scaling discount for pets from the same family. This allows you to get a little gallery of cohesive portraits for every family member!
Discounts are as follows when bought in bulk (can include several species):
Two (2) Standard Portraits: 15% off total
Three (3) Standard Portraits: 20% off total
Four (4) Standard Portraits: 25% off total
Etc.
Since there are a lot of factors that can change the final price, I always recommend filling out an order form so that I can give you a personalised quote.
